Hosting and security

Hosting regions: US, Canada and Ireland (EU), on AWS (vendor-stated). Vendor-hosted cloud only. EU and Canadian data centres for survey data are Enterprise features; login, billing and account metadata may still be stored in the US.

Regulatory support

Vendor offers HIPAA-enabled Enterprise accounts with a BAA and states GDPR compliance; no 21 CFR Part 11 statement found.. Whatever the software offers, your own procedures, validation and training are still needed for a regulated study.

Plans run from single users to Team plans (minimum 3 seats) and Enterprise (minimum 5 users per vendor pricing reference). Basic allows 10 responses; Standard Monthly 1,000.. Self-service sign-up and build. Offline mode needs Enterprise and a Kiosk collector; HIPAA-enabled accounts are Enterprise only and cannot be reverted..
